Representation via the Local Branch Office (LBO) is a service that consists of the temporary representation of the interests of a foreign company in the selected African country, either to find a local strategic partner, an agent or a representative. The company will have continued assistance from a dedicated Product Manager during the period that the service is contracted for (3 months or more).
This Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for identifying potential partners, providing the company with an assessment report and supporting the company in the negotiation process. The PM will also be responsible for promoting the products using marketing material (leaflets, brochures, videos, etc.) in a dedicated exhibition space designed especially for the company. This service is completed upon delivery of the marketing material used in the branch office to the selected African counterpart so that it can then represent the interests of the foreign company.
